Who We Are
PS Jamaica is the customer facing name for Padero Solar Jamaica Limited which is a joint venture between Padero Solar Limited (a European company based in England), and a group of Jamaican renewable energy experts. We established this unique joint venture in May 2014 with the overall objective to develop commercial renewable energy opportunities within Jamacia. Since this partnership was created, the joint venture partnership has already developed over 3 megawatts of pipeline projects, with another 22mw’s under negotiation.

Padero Solar Limited is a respected and trusted renewable energy company founded in 2011 with the objective of providing professional solutions to environmental energy needs around the world. The company prides itself on build quality, a team of dedicated engineers, designers and technical staff who deliver the end product with ease and ultimate efficiency. This quality and dedication has been proven many times, as Padero has built over 100 megawatts in the UK, with an estimated total being around 250 megawatts by 2016.

Ben Daley Managing Director, PS Jamaica
As the Managing Director of PS Jamaica, Ben brings recognised expertise as an “analyst and value driver specialising in technology transfer within the ICT and Alternative Energy sector. Ben has senior executive-level expertise in business and technology programme enhancement, including the development of strategic partnerships and joint ventures. Overall Ben has control of the market development, and business relationships within this exciting Joint Venture.
Ben has 23 years of management experience that includes a background of IT expertise including 7 years of innovation-to-market development in Silicon Valley.
Matt Hazell Country Director
Matt has been working within the business development and sales environment for over 20 years, and has a proven track record in relationship building. The renewable sector is exciting and ever changing, so a perfect fit for Matt and his skill base and network.
Matt has lots of experience working with start-ups and large international blue-chip companies such as Future Electronics (Canada’s largest electronic distribution company), and France Telecom where he held senior management and sales position.
